Welcome to day three of our three-day fasting and prayer agreement, and I need you to understand that what is about to happen in the spirit today is not a conclusion. It is a launch.
On Wednesday, we broke the siege. We identified the demonic blockade that had been surrounding your life, your finances, your marriage, your health, and your calling, and we confronted it with the fire of God.
On Friday, we went deeper. We confronted the enemies stationed at the gate, the Benhadads and the Hamans who were enforcing the restriction, monitoring your movements, and issuing decrees of limitation against your destiny.
I want to be very direct with you. Breaking the siege and removing the gatekeepers is powerful, but it is not enough. If you do not rise after the siege breaks, you will sit in the rubble of the old restriction and wonder why nothing has changed.
THE FOUR LEPERS WHO CHANGED EVERYTHING
I want to take you back to the story that has been the foundation of this entire fast, because there is a detail in 2 Kings chapter 7 that we touched on briefly during the previous days, but have not fully unpacked. And this detail is the key to everything God wants to do in your life today.
After Elisha prophesied that the siege would break within twenty-four hours, and after God scattered the Syrian army with the sound of chariots in the night, the city of Samaria was still sitting inside its walls, starving, not knowing that the enemy had fled and left behind everything.
The provision was there.
The breakthrough had already happened in the spiritual realm.
But nobody in the city knew it. And the people who discovered it were not the king, not the military commanders, not the wealthy, not the religious leaders.
The people who discovered the breakthrough were four lepers sitting at the entrance of the city gate.
“And there were four leprous men at the entering in of the gate: and they said one to another, Why sit we here until we die?” (2 Kings 7:3)
Sit with this verse and let it penetrate your spirit, because there is more packed into this single sentence.
These four men were lepers. In the ancient world, leprosy was not just a disease. It was a social death sentence. When you were diagnosed with leprosy, you were immediately removed from the community. You could not enter the city. You could not worship in the temple. You could not do business in the marketplace. You could not embrace your family.
You were required by law to shout “Unclean! Unclean!” whenever anyone approached you, so that people would know to keep their distance.
The community labeled you.
Society defined you.
The system classified you as finished, contaminated, and beyond recovery.
Now think about what that means.
These men were not just physically sick. They were carrying the weight of a label that the entire world had placed on them. They had been told, both by law and by culture, that they were untouchable, that they were outcasts, that their condition was permanent, and that they would die exactly where they sat.
The siege around Samaria was bad enough, but these four men were under a double siege. They were locked out of the city by their disease, and the city itself was locked down by the Syrian army.
They had nowhere to go in either direction. They were trapped between rejection and starvation, sitting at the gate of a city that did not want them, in the shadow of an army that would kill them.
I speak to someone reading this right now, because you know exactly what that feels like.
You have been labeled.
Maybe not with leprosy, but with something just as isolating.
The world has told you that you are too old, too broken, too damaged, too far gone.
Your past mistakes have been stamped onto your identity like a mark that everyone can see.
You have been defined by your diagnosis, by your divorce, by your bankruptcy, by your failure, by your background, by your family name, by something that happened to you that was never your fault.
And the label has kept you seated.
It has kept you at the gate, believing that you do not have the right to rise, that you do not qualify for a breakthrough, that the provision on the other side is for other people but not for you.
I prophesy over your life right now: the label is a lie.
You are not what the world says you are.
You are not what the diagnosis says you are.
You are not what your past says you are.
You are what God says you are, and God says you are chosen, redeemed, restored, and qualified by the blood of Jesus Christ.
The leper’s label did not stop God from choosing those four men as the instruments of deliverance for an entire city.
And whatever label the enemy has placed on your life will not stop God from using you to walk into the greatest breakthrough you have ever experienced.
THE MOMENT EVERYTHING CHANGED: THEY SPOKE TO THEMSELVES
Now watch what these four lepers did, because this is the turning point of the entire story.
They did not receive a prophetic word from Elisha.
They did not get a visit from an angel.
They did not have a priest come and lay hands on them.
What happened was far more personal and far more powerful than any of that.
They spoke to themselves, looked at their situation, and said to one another, “Why sit we here until we die?”
“If we say, We will enter into the city, then the famine is in the city, and we shall die there: and if we sit still here, we also die. Now therefore come, and let us fall unto the host of the Syrians: if they save us alive, we shall live; and if they kill us, we shall but die.” (2 Kings 7:4)
Listen to the logic of what they said.
They assessed their options with brutal honesty. If they went into the city, the famine would kill them. If they stayed where they were, starvation would kill them. And if they went to the enemy’s camp, the worst that could happen was that they would die, which was going to happen anyway if they did nothing.
So they chose the only option that carried the possibility of life: they got up and moved forward.
They spoke to themselves first, and then they moved.
And this is the principle I need you to receive today, because it will change your life if you let it.
Deliverance begins when you learn to speak to yourself before you speak to anyone else.
Before you call your pastor, before you text your prayer partner, before you post a prayer request online, you must first open your mouth and speak to your own spirit.
You must tell yourself the truth that the enemy has been trying to hide from you. You must say to yourself, with your own voice and your own authority, “I will not stay here. My life will not continue like this. This thing has to end. I refuse to die at this gate.”
One of the ways the enemy maintains stagnation is by keeping you silent. He knows that there is creative power in your words. Proverbs 18:21 says that death and life are in the power of the tongue.
The enemy does not just want to block your path; he wants to silence your mouth.
He wants you so discouraged, so defeated, so exhausted that you stop declaring, stop decreeing, stop speaking life over your own situation.
Because the moment you open your mouth and speak, the atmosphere shifts. Faith comes alive. The spirit rises. And things begin to move.
These four lepers did not wait for someone else to encourage them.
They did not wait for the conditions to improve.
They did not wait for the siege to end.
They encouraged themselves.
They filled their own spirits with the fire of a decision. And that decision was simple but violent: we are not staying here to die.
Either we live or we die, but we will not sit still.
I need you to make that same decision today. Enough is enough.
The stagnation ends here.
The sitting ends here.
The waiting for someone else to come and rescue you ends here.
You are getting up.
THE DEVIL KEEPS PEOPLE DOWN — BUT NOT ANYMORE
I want to show you something from the ministry of Jesus that connects directly to what these four lepers experienced, because there is a spirit of stagnation that has been operating against many, and it is not new.
In Luke chapter 13, Jesus encounters a woman in the synagogue who had been bent over, unable to stand upright, for eighteen years. The Bible says in Luke 13:11 that she had a spirit of infirmity.
This was not a physical accident. This was not a medical condition caused by aging. This was a demonic assignment designed to keep her bent, to keep her looking down, to keep her unable to lift her head and see what God had placed in front of her.
For eighteen years, the devil kept this woman in a position of stagnation. She could not stand. She could not straighten herself. She was alive, but she was locked in a posture of limitation.
“And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?” (Luke 13:16)
Jesus identified the source. It was not God who kept her down. It was Satan.
And then Jesus released her with a word, and immediately she was made straight and glorified God.
Eighteen years of demonic restriction, cancelled in a single moment by the authority of Christ.
In John chapter 5, there is a man at the pool of Bethesda who had been in the same condition for thirty-eight years.
Thirty-eight years at the same spot, watching other people receive their miracle, watching the water stir and somebody else step in before him, year after year after year.
And when Jesus found him, He asked a question that sounds almost strange: “Wilt thou be made whole?”
Do you want to get well?
Why would Jesus ask a man who had been sick for nearly four decades if he wanted to be healed?
Because after thirty-eight years, the man’s identity had merged with his condition. He had been there so long that he had stopped believing change was possible. He had replaced expectation with explanation:
“Sir, I have no man to put me in the pool.”
He was telling Jesus why it could not work instead of asking Jesus to make it work.
I prophesy over your life right now: you will not be the woman bent for eighteen years.
You will not be the man at the pool for thirty-eight years.
The spirit that has been keeping you down, keeping you stagnant, keeping you in the same position year after year, is broken by the fire of the Holy Ghost today.
This is your rising day.
This is the day the posture changes.
This is the day you stand upright and see what God has been preparing for you while the enemy was keeping your head down.
TESTIMONIES ARE POURING IN — GOD IS MOVING
“I was under a financial attack for years. I gave and obeyed and nothing. I started the fast and the prayers on Wednesday, and by 1 PM, I was offered a job with benefits and signed the contract. GOD IS GOOD! The siege has been lifted!” — Davina
“My car which I bought for taxi business had not worked for a month. Mechanics kept replacing parts and nothing worked. On Day 1 of fasting, the major problem was finally discovered and fixed. The car is 100% normal. I stopped pumping money. God intervened!” — Siphathisiwe
“As we were declaring the 6 PM prayers, my husband had a vision: a huge log studded with dark thorns blocking the gate. Then a white glowing log came, stretched forth, and strangled the thorns, breaking them completely. Praise the Lord for deliverance!” — Blessy Johns, India
“I was deeply broken at the end of December. I cried constantly and questioned God. The pain became so intense I considered ending my life. But through the teachings and prayers of Pastor Daniel, my faith came back to life. I was dead inside, but now I am walking in light.” — Jerson Q., Mexico City
“I have already been released from the satanic gates blocking every blessing God reserved for me. I have felt the burden released from my shoulders, opening the floodgates of Heaven!” — Richard V.

THEY GOT UP — AND GOD SENT A SOUND
Now watch what happened when the four lepers rose from their position.
The Bible says in 2 Kings 7:5 that they rose up in the twilight to go to the camp of the Syrians.
They got up.
They took a step.
And that step activated something in the heavens that had been waiting for a human response. Because in verse 6, the Bible says:
“For the Lord had made the host of the Syrians to hear a noise of chariots, and a noise of horses, even the noise of a great host.” (2 Kings 7:6)
God sent a sound.
But here is what I need you to see: the sound was sent in connection with their rising.
God did not send the sound while they were sitting. God did not scatter the army while the lepers were debating.
The supernatural intervention was triggered when human obedience stepped forward.
The moment those four rejected men stood to their feet and took a step toward the enemy’s camp, heaven amplified their footsteps into the sound of a mighty army.
Four lepers walking through the dust sounded like the thundering charge of chariots and horsemen to the ears of the Syrian soldiers.
God took the smallest, weakest, most rejected people in the entire narrative and made them sound like an unstoppable military force.
Let that sink in.
God did not wait for the king to act. God did not wait for a general to lead the charge.
God used the people that nobody believed in, the people that society had written off, the people that the system had rejected.
And He amplified their movement so dramatically that the most powerful army in the region fled in terror.
I declare over your life: as you rise, God will amplify your steps.
You do not need the resources of a king.
You do not need the army of a general.
You do not need the approval of the people who rejected you.
All you need to do is get up and move forward, and God will make your footsteps sound like an army. He will amplify your resume. He will amplify your business. He will amplify your gift. He will amplify your voice. He will take the little that you have and make it sound, look, and function like abundance in the ears and eyes of the very people who dismissed you.
The enemy will not know that it is just you walking. He will hear an army coming and he will run.
WHAT THEY FOUND WHEN THEY ARRIVED
When the lepers arrived at the camp, the enemy was gone. But what the enemy left behind was staggering. Second Kings 7:8 says:
“And when these lepers came to the uttermost part of the camp, they went into one tent, and did eat and drink, and carried thence silver, and gold, and raiment, and went and hid it; and came again, and entered into another tent, and carried thence also, and went and hid it.” (2 Kings 7:8)
The enemy’s camp was filled with food, silver, gold, clothing, horses, and supplies. Everything the army had brought to sustain a siege was now available to the very people it was meant to starve.
The provision did not come from heaven dropping manna. It came from the enemy’s own storehouse.
The resources that had been stockpiled by the opposition became the inheritance of the people of God.
And the four men who discovered it were lepers — rejected, diseased, written off by everyone. Yet they were the first to eat, the first to drink, the first to carry away silver and gold.
I prophesy over your life today: you will eat from the table that the enemy prepared against you.
What was stockpiled to sustain your siege will become the resource that finances your recovery.
The enemy will not just lose his grip on your life; he will lose his resources to you.
Contracts that were redirected away from you are coming back.
Opportunities that were intercepted are being released.
Financial provision that was locked in the enemy’s camp is being transferred to your account.
And you will be the one who discovers it, not because you are the most qualified or the most connected, but because you were the one who had the faith to get up when everyone else was still sitting down.
SOW A SEED INTO THIS PRAYER ALTAR
You have prayed. You have fasted. You have declared. Now seal it with a prophetic agreement seed. Your offering is not just a donation — it is a prophetic warfare action. Every seed planted into this ground speaks life, preservation, and restoration over everything connected to you.

THREE THINGS YOU MUST DO TODAY
First, tell yourself you will not stay down.
The four lepers spoke to themselves before they moved. They made a decision with their mouths.
You must do the same.
Open your mouth right now and say it: “I will not stay here. I will not die at this gate. My situation is changing today.”
This is not positive thinking. This is prophetic declaration.
You are speaking from the authority of your covenant with God, and when a covenant child speaks, the spiritual realm responds.
The devil kept a woman bent for eighteen years, kept a man stagnant for thirty-eight years.
But today, the spirit of stagnation loses its hold on you.
Say it until you feel it rise in your spirit.
Second, take a step forward.
The lepers did not just speak. They got up and moved.
Faith without works is dead.
You have fasted for three days. You have prayed through five watches each day. You have declared and decreed.
Now you must move.
Apply for that position.
Make that phone call.
Submit that proposal.
Start that business.
Initiate that conversation.
Write that letter.
Register for that program.
Take the step that fear has been preventing you from taking, because the moment you move, God will amplify your movement into something the enemy cannot withstand.
Third, share the provision.
After the lepers discovered the abundance in the enemy’s camp, they initially kept it for themselves. But then conviction struck them.
In 2 Kings 7:9 they said, “We do not well: this day is a day of good tidings, and we hold our peace.”
They realized that hoarding the breakthrough was wrong. So they went back and told the city, and the entire nation was fed.
God has broken your siege and given you access, do not keep it to yourself.
Share your testimony.
Tell others what God has done.

Your testimony is not just your story; it is someone else’s fuel for faith.
THE FASTING SCHEDULE — HOW THESE THREE DAYS CONNECT
Wednesday (Day One — Breaking the Siege): You fasted and prayed the Day One prayers on Wednesday. On Thursday, you continued praying the same Day One prayers throughout the day without fasting. The prayers do not expire after the fast ends. They continue working in the spirit as you continue declaring them.
Friday (Day Two — Confronting the Enemies at the Gate): You fasted and prayed the Day Two prayers on Friday. On Saturday, you continued praying the same Day Two prayers throughout the day without fasting. The enforcement declarations from Day Two remain active over your life as you speak them.
Sunday (Day Three — This Is The Day We Rise): Today you are fasting and praying the Day Three prayers. On Monday, continue praying the same Day Three prayers throughout the day without fasting. Let the rising declarations settle deep into your spirit and seal the work that has been done over these three days.
Remember: Wednesday broke the siege. Friday enforced the breakthrough. Today, Sunday, we rise and take possession. This is the day of violent movement. The enemy cannot keep you seated any longer.
DAY THREE — THIS IS THE DAY WE RISE
VIOLENT PRAYERS TO CANCEL STAGNATION
MORNING WATCH PRAYERS (6AM)
1. Father, I thank You because this is the third day, and the third day has always been the day of resurrection. Jesus rose on the third day. The provision was discovered on the third day. And today, I rise from every position of stagnation, limitation, and delay. I will not sit at the gate any longer. I rise now, in the name of Jesus. (Luke 24:6–7)
2. Every label that the world, my environment, my family, or my past has placed on me, I reject it now and command it to burn by fire. I am not what the world says I am. I am not defined by my failure, my diagnosis, my divorce, or my background. I am what God says I am, and God says I am chosen, redeemed, and more than a conqueror. (Romans 8:37)
3. Every spirit of stagnation that has kept me in one position for months and years, I break your power over my life today. Like the woman who was bent for eighteen years, I receive my release now. Like the man at Bethesda for thirty-eight years, I hear the voice of Jesus saying, “Rise, take up thy bed and walk.” I obey. I rise. (John 5:8)
4. O Lord, as I take a step forward today, amplify my movement as You amplified the footsteps of the four lepers. Let my small step sound like an army in the ears of my enemies. Let my resume sound like royalty. Let my business sound like an empire. Make my movement terrify the opposition. (2 Kings 7:6)
5. Every demonic voice whispering that I should stay where I am, that it is too late, that nothing will change, be silenced permanently. I reject the voice of siege mentality. I reject the spirit of hopelessness. I choose to move forward, and I choose it now. (Isaiah 43:18–19)
6. Father, I speak to my own spirit this morning: Rise. Rise from discouragement. Rise from weariness. Rise from confusion. Rise from self-pity. Rise from the label. Rise from the gate. This is the day of rising and I will not miss it. (Isaiah 60:1)
7. Every invisible chain keeping my feet locked in one position, break now and scatter by fire. I command mobility in the spirit. I command forward movement. I command acceleration. My feet are loosed and my path is clear. (Psalm 18:36)
8. I decree that what the four lepers found in the enemy’s camp will be my testimony. I will eat from the table the enemy prepared against me. I will carry away silver, gold, and provision from the very source that tried to starve me. The enemy’s storehouse becomes my inheritance. (2 Kings 7:8)
9. O God, remove every internal fear that has been stopping me from taking the step. The lepers said “if they kill us, we shall but die.” They chose forward over standing still. I choose forward. I will not be paralyzed by the fear of what could go wrong. I move now. (2 Timothy 1:7)
10. I seal this morning with the declaration that this is my rising day. The siege is broken. The gatekeepers are scattered. And now I rise to take possession of everything the enemy left behind. My season of stagnation is permanently over. (Deuteronomy 2:24)

AFTERNOON WATCH PRAYERS (12PM)
1. Father, I thank You because the provision has already been released. The enemy has already fled. The camp is already empty. My job today is not to beg for breakthrough; it is to walk into what You have already prepared. I rise and I take possession in Jesus name. (2 Kings 7:5–7)
2. Every cycle of stagnation that has repeated in my life from season to season, I break you now. I will not circle the same mountain again. I will not relive the same disappointment again. The cycle breaks today and forward movement begins permanently. (Deuteronomy 2:3)
3. Every spirit that attacks me at the point of rising, that waits until I begin to move and then strikes to push me back down, I bind you and cast you out. You will not ambush my rising. You will not sabotage my forward movement. I advance under divine protection. (Psalm 91:11–12)
4. I speak to every area of my life that has been stagnant: finances, rise. Marriage, rise. Health, rise. Ministry, rise. Career, rise. Creativity, rise. Joy, rise. Like the dry bones in Ezekiel 37, I prophesy over every dead area and I command life to enter now. (Ezekiel 37:4–5)
5. O Lord, let this fast produce visible, tangible, undeniable results in my life this week. Let what I have sown in prayer over these three days produce a harvest that makes the enemy regret ever touching my life. Let the results speak loudly. (Galatians 6:9)
6. Every door that I have been afraid to approach, I walk toward it now in faith. I refuse to sit outside another opportunity because of fear or insecurity. The lepers walked toward the enemy’s camp, and the enemy was already gone. My obstacles are already removed. I just need to walk. (Joshua 1:3)
7. Every lie that says my best days are behind me, be consumed by fire. My best days are ahead of me. My greatest impact is ahead of me. My biggest breakthrough is ahead of me. I am not finished. I am just getting started. (Job 8:7)
8. I command divine connections to manifest in my life this week. Let the people who are supposed to help me find me. Let the conversations that are supposed to open doors happen without delay. Let alignment replace confusion. (Psalm 75:6–7)
9. Every resource in the enemy’s camp that belongs to me, I claim it now. Back pay, stolen contracts, diverted opportunities, withheld promotions, delayed inheritances, I call them all out of the enemy’s hands and into my possession. (Exodus 12:36)
10. I decree that by the end of this day, the spiritual atmosphere over my life will have permanently shifted. What surrounded me on Wednesday is not what surrounds me today. The siege is gone. The gate is open. And I am on my feet, advancing. (Psalm 126:1–3)

EVENING WATCH PRAYERS (6PM)
1. Father, as the evening comes, I declare that this third day has been a day of resurrection power. What was dead is alive. What was stagnant is moving. What was bent is standing straight. I thank You for the fire that has been burning since Wednesday and continues to burn now. (Philippians 1:6)
2. Every attempt by the enemy to reassemble what God dismantled during this fast, I command failure upon it. There will be no rebuilding of the siege. There will be no reinstating of the gatekeepers. There will be no return of stagnation. What God has broken stays broken. (Isaiah 54:17)
3. I decree that I will be like the four lepers who carried away silver, gold, and clothing from the enemy’s camp. I will not just survive; I will prosper. I will not just recover; I will recover with abundance. I will not just break free; I will break free and flourish. (Joel 2:25–26)
4. Every spirit of delay that is making one final attempt to hold me, release me now and die by fire. You cannot stay. You cannot hide. You cannot regroup. The fast has weakened your grip. The prayers have dismantled your structure. And now the rising has sealed your defeat. (James 4:7)
5. O Lord, let the story of the four lepers become my personal testimony. Let people look at my life and say, “That person was at the gate, rejected and overlooked, and now look where God has placed them.” Let my rising glorify Your name. (Psalm 40:1–3)
6. I speak to my body, my mind, and my emotions: be healed. Be restored. Be renewed. Every part of me that has been damaged by the siege, receive supernatural repair. I do not carry the wounds of the siege into my new season. I enter whole. (Isaiah 61:1–3)
7. Every generational pattern of stagnation in my family line, you terminate tonight. My children will not repeat this cycle. My bloodline is free. The rising that God is doing in my life extends to my seed after me. (Galatians 3:13–14)
8. I decree that the amplification of God is upon my life. My small steps sound like armies. My whispered prayers carry the force of thunder. My simple obedience triggers supernatural results. God is amplifying everything I do. (Zechariah 4:6)
9. Every monitoring spirit that has been tracking my rising to send a report to the enemy, be blinded and permanently decommissioned. You will not see my next move. You will not anticipate my breakthrough. My life is hidden in Christ. (Colossians 3:3)
10. I seal this evening with the confession of faith: I have risen. The stagnation is cancelled. The label is burned. The gate is open. And I am walking into everything God prepared for me. Nothing missing. Nothing broken. Nothing held back. (Revelation 3:8)

NIGHT WATCH PRAYERS (9PM)
1. Father, as the night falls on this third and final day of fasting, I thank You because You have done what only You could do. The siege that stood for months and years has been dismantled in three days. I worship You for Your faithfulness and Your power. (Psalm 103:1–5)
2. Every power that operates in the night to reverse what was gained during the day, I cancel your assignment permanently. You will not undo what three days of fasting and fire have accomplished. The gains are locked in and the breakthroughs are sealed. (Psalm 121:4–6)
3. Every evil dream manipulation sent tonight to steal the rising that has occurred in my life, I cancel it in advance. My sleep tonight will be a continuation of victory, not a battlefield of oppression. I dream the dreams of God, not the nightmares of the enemy. (Psalm 4:8)
4. I release fire against every spirit that enforces stagnation in the night season. Every nocturnal power that operates between midnight and dawn to reset my progress, be consumed by the fire of the Holy Ghost. My nights belong to God. (Psalm 91:5–6)
5. Like the four lepers who rose in the twilight, I declare that the twilight hour is my hour of advancement. The enemy expects me to be asleep, but I am awake and advancing. The darkness does not limit me because the Lord is my light. (Psalm 27:1)
6. Every remaining fragment of the siege that has not yet been addressed, I command it to surface and be destroyed tonight. Nothing hidden will survive this fast. Nothing buried will escape the fire. I want total, complete, permanent freedom. (Luke 12:2)
7. I decree that what the enemy stole during years of stagnation, God is restoring in one season. The years the locust ate are being returned. The time that was wasted is being redeemed. Compressed recovery is my portion. (Joel 2:25)
8. Every seed I have sown during this fast, every prayer I have prayed, every declaration I have spoken, every sacrifice I have made, I command it to produce thirty, sixty, and a hundredfold return. None of it was wasted. All of it is working. (Mark 4:20)
9. Father, prepare the way before me as I enter this new season. Let divine appointments be set. Let opportunities be positioned. Let favor go ahead of me and prepare rooms I have not yet entered. I walk into a prepared future. (Deuteronomy 31:8)
10. I thank You, Lord, for these three days. Wednesday broke the siege. Friday scattered the gatekeepers. Sunday raised me to my feet. I will never be the same. I will never go back to that gate. I am rising, and I will not stop. (Philippians 3:13–14)

MIDNIGHT WATCH PRAYERS (12AM)
1. Father, at this final midnight of our three-day fast, I release the shout of victory. The siege is broken. The gates are open. The stagnation is cancelled. And I am standing on my feet, fully alive, fully free, and fully armed for my next season. To God be the glory. (Acts 16:25–26)
2. Every principality, power, and ruler of darkness that was assigned to keep me bound, I declare your assignment terminated tonight. You have no authority over my next chapter. The blood of Jesus has sealed my freedom and your access is permanently revoked. (Colossians 2:15)
3. Like the four lepers who discovered that the enemy had left behind silver, gold, and abundant provision, I step into my inheritance tonight. Everything the enemy stockpiled during the years of my siege is now mine. I take possession of it all. (2 Kings 7:8)
4. Every altar that has been speaking against my destiny, catch fire now. Every sacrifice offered to maintain my oppression, be rejected and consumed. Every evil priest servicing my bondage, lose your power tonight. The altar of God prevails. (1 Kings 18:38)
5. I invoke the blood of Jesus over every area of my life: my mind, my body, my finances, my marriage, my children, my calling, my ministry, and my future. The blood seals what God has restored. The blood guards what God has opened. The blood enforces what God has decreed. (Exodus 12:13)
6. I reject every form of self-sabotage that the siege produced in me. Every pattern of destructive thinking, every habit of settling for less, every tendency to retreat when breakthrough is near, I uproot it tonight. I am reprogrammed for victory. (Romans 12:2)
7. Every enemy who heard the sound of my prayers over these three days and is now fleeing, I declare that you will not stop running. Your retreat is permanent. Your camp is empty. Your weapons are abandoned. And everything you left behind is mine. (2 Kings 7:6–7)
8. O Lord, let the testimony of this fast spread beyond my life. Let the people I touch be healed. Let the families I pray for be restored. Let the community around me be blessed because I carry the fire of what You did in these three days. (2 Kings 7:9)
9. I decree that the new season I am entering is a season of multiplication, acceleration, and divine visibility. People will see the hand of God on my life and know that it was not luck, not connection, and not coincidence. It was God alone. (Deuteronomy 28:10)
10. Father, I seal this entire three-day fast with praise, with thanksgiving, and with unshakeable confidence that You have moved on my behalf. The siege is history. The gate is open. I am on my feet. And I am never going back. I rise, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen. (Psalm 126:1–3)

DAILY DECLARATIONS — DECLARE AFTER PRAYERS
1. I declare that I have risen from every position of stagnation, delay, and limitation. The four lepers rose, and I rise today. No label, no verdict, no history, and no circumstance will keep me seated at the gate of my destiny any longer. (2 Kings 7:3–5)
2. I decree that God is amplifying my steps. My small movements produce mighty results. My ordinary efforts produce extraordinary outcomes. The God who made four footsteps sound like a charging army is amplifying everything I do. (2 Kings 7:6)
3. I declare that every resource the enemy stockpiled during my season of siege is now being transferred to me. I eat from the enemy’s table. I carry away his silver and gold. I wear what he tried to withhold. Restitution is mine. (2 Kings 7:8)
4. I reject every label that was placed on me by the world, by my past, by my failure, or by my condition. I am not a leper. I am not rejected. I am not disqualified. I am a child of the Most High God, and my identity is established in Christ. (2 Corinthians 5:17)
5. I decree that the spirit of stagnation has lost its grip on my life permanently. I will not be the woman bent for eighteen years. I will not be the man stagnant for thirty-eight years. My rising has come. My time is now. (Luke 13:12–13)
6. I declare divine speed over my life. What was delayed for years will manifest in weeks. What was blocked for months will open in days. God is compressing time in my favor. Accelerated results are my portion. (Amos 9:13)
7. I decree that the three days of fasting and prayer have permanently altered the spiritual atmosphere over my life. What oppressed me before this fast cannot survive after this fast. The fire has changed everything. (Isaiah 10:27)
8. I declare that I will share the breakthrough. I will tell others what God has done. I will not hoard the provision. My testimony will fuel faith in someone who is still at the gate, still waiting, still wondering if God is real. My story will be their evidence. (2 Kings 7:9)
9. I decree that my new season is sealed by the blood of Jesus, guarded by the angels of God, and irreversible by any power of darkness. What God has done in these three days cannot be undone. The siege is permanently broken. (Revelation 3:7–8)
10. I declare over my entire life: I have risen. The siege is over. The gate is open. The stagnation is cancelled. The enemy has fled. The provision is mine. And I will walk in the fullness of what God has prepared for me, from this day forward, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen. (Psalm 40:1–3)
