Let me tell you something that changed the way I pray, and it will change yours.

For years I read the Psalms the way most believers read them. I read them for comfort. I read them at funerals. I read them when I was sad, the way you would read a poem to feel a little better. And there is nothing wrong with comfort. But I was holding a loaded weapon and using it as a pillow.

Because the Psalms are not first of all poetry. The Psalms are prayers, the Psalms are warfare, and the Psalms are the inspired word of the Holy Spirit. When you read a psalm, you are not reading David’s diary. You are declaring what the Holy Spirit Himself inspired and put in the mouth of a man of war.

David was not a soft man. He was a warrior who killed a lion, killed a bear, and killed a giant before he was thirty. And when the same David sat down to write, the Spirit of God poured warfare through his pen.

So when the enemy makes noise in your life, you do not need a new revelation. You need to open your mouth and fire a psalm that God already wrote for exactly that battle.

This month, I am giving you seven of them. Seven psalms, seven nights, seven different battles. One weapon for each attack, so that you never walk into a new month defenseless again.

Every time the enemy shouts, you should have a scripture to shout back.

Every time there are voices you do not like speaking over your life, you should have a psalm to stand on. That is what this program is for.

How To Use This Psalms Prayer Guide

This is our prayer strategy for this month.

Do not rush this program, and do not treat it as reading.

Treat it as war.

1. Take one psalm each night: Do not try to pray all seven in one sitting. Each night has one psalm and one prophetic direction. Give it your full attention, then rest and return the next night.

2. Pray at night if you can: The midnight hour is a powerful time to war, and it is when I go live every night. But if your body or your schedule will not allow midnight, pray at the time you are most alert. God honors the prayer you are awake for.

3. Read the psalm from your own Bible first: Open the full psalm, not only the verses printed here, and read it slowly until a verse arrests your spirit. Then own it, declare it, and pray it the way I have shown you.

4. Pray out loud: This is warfare, not meditation. The enemy cannot read your mind, but your decree, spoken in faith, enforces heaven’s verdict in the earth.

5. Do the prophetic action: Each night ends with an action. Anointing your home, standing to your feet, lifting your eyes, writing it down. Do not skip it. A prophetic action is a point of contact for your faith.

6. Keep a record: Get a notebook or open a note on your phone, and at the end of each night write the date, the psalm you prayed, and anything you sensed God say or do. It keeps you praying every night, and it builds a testimony you can look back on.

7. Anoint yourself: Come to each night with your anointing oil. Anoint your head, your hands, and your home as the prophetic actions direct. If you do not have the Oil of Fire yet, message us and request yours.

Why The Psalms Are Weapons And Not Just Poetry

Settle four things in your heart about the Psalms, because if you do not know what you are holding, you will not use it correctly.

1. The Psalms were inspired by the Holy Spirit: They are not the private feelings of a shepherd boy. They are the breath of God recorded through a man. When you pray a psalm, you are not borrowing David’s emotions. You are declaring what the Holy Spirit Himself authored, and there is no higher agreement in prayer than agreeing with the words the Holy Spirit wrote.

2. The Psalms are prayers: Look at how they are written. They are not lectures about God. They are addressed to God. Hear my voice, O God. Deliver me, O Lord. Let God arise. They are the very language of a man talking to heaven under pressure, which means they were never meant to be admired from a distance. They were meant to be prayed.

3. The Psalms are warfare: Read them honestly and you will find enemies on almost every page. Snares, arrows, lions, pits, floods, workers of iniquity, eaters of flesh. David did not live a soft, protected life. He was hunted, betrayed, surrounded, and hated, and he wrote these psalms in the middle of real battles. That is why they work in real battles. They were forged in war, not in comfort.

4. The Psalms are the settled, inspired word of God: When you declare a psalm, you are not asking heaven to consider your request. You are enforcing on earth what was already inspired and settled in heaven. That is a different posture entirely. A beggar hopes. An enforcer declares. This month you will not hope, you will enforce.

So understand what you are about to do. You are not going to read seven psalms this month. You are going to fire seven psalms. And each one is aimed at a specific enemy, so that you are never caught with the wrong weapon in your hand.

How to Pray A Psalm So Heaven Moves

Most people have never been taught how to pray the psalms. They read it the way they would read it in a service, to preach it or to discuss it.

That is not how you go to war.

There are four things you do with a psalm, and I want you to remember them for every single night of this program.

1. Own it

To own a psalm is to take it off the page and put it on yourself. You stop reading it in the third person and you read it in the first person.

When Psalm 91 says, “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High,” that is telling you what happens to a certain person.

But when you own it, you say, “I dwell in the secret place of the Most High. I abide under the shadow of the Almighty.”

Do you see the difference?

The first is information. The second is a weapon.

You are no longer reading about a blessed man. You have become the blessed man.

2. Declare it

Once you own it, you say it out loud with authority.

You do not whisper it.

You do not mumble it under your breath.

You declare it, because faith is released through the mouth, and the enemy cannot read your mind, but he can hear your decree.

When you declare a psalm, you are enforcing in the earth what the Holy Spirit already settled in heaven.

3. Pray it

As you go through a psalm, there will be a verse where your spirit pauses. When that happens, do not rush past it. Stop there and pray.

Let the Holy Ghost take that one line and turn it into fire in your mouth.

One verse, prayed through, can do more than a whole chapter read in a hurry.

You are not trying to finish the psalm. You are trying to meet God inside it.

4. Do not forget it

A psalm you prayed powerfully last month is still loaded this month. Do not throw these seven away when the seven nights are over. Keep them. Print them out. Carry them.

When the enemy makes noise again, you already know which weapon to reach for. That is what it means to be armed.

DAY/NIGHT 1: PSALM 91

YOUR DIVINE COVERING, WHEN THE ENEMY IS THREATENING YOUR LIFE

There are nights the enemy does nothing but make noise. Voices telling you that you will die. Voices telling you there is danger. Voices telling you that everyone around you is falling, so you must fall too.

When the atmosphere around your life is thick with the fear of death and disaster, Psalm 91 is the psalm you run to.

This is the covering psalm. It was revealed to me years ago, and I have written about it, and it is the favorite of many of you for a reason. It does not merely comfort you. It builds a wall around you.

Read it slowly and you will see it names the very things people are afraid of:

• the snare of the fowler,
• the noisome pestilence,
• the terror by night,
• the arrow that flieth by day,

And it answers every single one of them with a promise.

But you must pray it correctly. Do not read it as though you are reading it for a service. You read it to own it.

The man who wrote this psalm was not describing a stranger. He was describing himself, and tonight he is describing you.

The Secret Place Is A Real Location In The Spirit

The Hebrew for secret place in verse one is sether, which means a covering, a hiding place, a shelter. It is the same idea as being tucked away where the storm cannot reach you.

And the word for shadow, tsel, is the shade a great rock throws in the desert, the cool covering that makes survival possible under a killing sun.

So this psalm is not poetry about God being nice. It is describing a literal position in the realm of the spirit that you can either occupy or ignore.

Here is what you must understand: The covering is real, but it is conditional on dwelling.

The verse does not say he that visits the secret place. It says he that dwelleth there.

A visitor runs in when there is trouble and runs out when it passes. A dweller lives there.

Tonight you become a dweller, someone whose address in the spirit is under the shadow of the Almighty, so that when the arrow flies it finds you already covered.

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. (Psalm 91:1-2)

Own It

Do not say, “He that dwelleth in the secret place.”

Say it about yourself. “I dwell in the secret place of the Most High. I abide under the shadow of the Almighty.”

Then take verse two and make it your own confession.

“The Lord is my refuge and my fortress. He is my God, and in Him I trust.”

Keep going and personalize every line:

“The Lord will deliver me from the snare of the fowler and from the noisome pestilence.

“He has covered me with His feathers, and under His wings I trust. His truth is my shield and my buckler.

I am not afraid, and I will never be afraid, not for the terror by night, not for the arrow that flies by day.”

When your spirit pauses on a line, stop there and pray it through before you move on.

Declare Out Loud

I dwell in the secret place of the Most High, and I abide under the shadow of the Almighty. In Jesus name.

The Lord is my refuge and my fortress, and no evil shall befall my dwelling.

A thousand shall fall at my side, and ten thousand at my right hand, but it shall not come near me. In the name of Jesus.

Evil will not come near me. Evil will not come near my children. Evil will not come near my generation. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Pray This By Fire

1. Every voice speaking death and danger over my life, be silenced by the fire of God. Fire. Fire. Fire. I dwell in the secret place, and the secret place is not a place of death, it is a place of covering. In Jesus name.

2. Every arrow that flieth by day and every terror that walketh by night assigned against me, I am covered, and you shall not come near my dwelling, in the name of Jesus.

3. Every snare of the fowler set for my feet, catch fire now. Burn to ashes. Burn to ashes. I will not be trapped, I will not be caught, and my foot shall not be taken, in the name of Jesus Christ.

4. Every pestilence, every strange sickness, and every plague sent to waste my life at noonday, I am hidden under the wings of the Almighty, and you have no access to me, in the name of Jesus.

5. I cancel every evil news concerning me and my household this month. Evil news is not my portion, and it shall not come near my dwelling, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

6. Ten thousand may fall on every side, but by the covering of God it shall not come near me. My family is covered, my children are covered, and my going out and coming in is covered, in Jesus name.

7. Every fear the enemy has planted in my heart to weaken me, I uproot you by fire. I will not be afraid, I refuse to be afraid, for God has not given me the spirit of fear, in the name of Jesus.

Your Prophetic Action Tonight

Before you sleep tonight, anoint your forehead with oil and walk from room to room in your house. At the door of each room and at every entrance, declare out loud, “Evil will not come near this dwelling.”

Then stand at your own bedside and say it over your sleep: “When I lie down my sleep will be filled with angels, and I will not be afraid.”

You are not decorating your house. You are marking it as covered ground.

DAY/NIGHT 2: PSALM 68

SCATTER THEM WHEN YOU FEEL SURROUNDED

There is a kind of trouble that is not one problem but many at once, coming from directions you cannot even trace. You feel surrounded. You feel that there is so much against you that you cannot explain it, and you do not even know where all of it is coming from. When that is your situation, this is the psalm you run to.

This is the prayer Elisha understood. When the city was surrounded by an army that had come in the night to take one man, he was not afraid, because he knew a secret. There were more with him than against him, and one word from heaven could scatter an entire host.

That is the confidence of Psalm 68. It does not count the enemy. It calls on God to arise, and when God arises, His enemies do not fight, they flee.

Notice how the psalm describes their end. As smoke is driven away, so drive them away. As wax melts before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.

Smoke has no power to resist the wind. Wax has no power to resist the flame.

That is what your surrounding enemies become the moment God arises on your behalf.

If you feel surrounded on every side, get No More Witchcraft and pray through it this week alongside this night.

When God Arises, The Enemy Does Not Fight, He Flees

Look carefully and you will see the enemy never actually fights God in this psalm.

They flee.

They are driven away like smoke. They melt like wax.

That is because a gathering of wickedness has power only while it is gathered. The instant God arises, the gathering loses its cohesion, and what looked like an army becomes a crowd of individuals running for their lives.

Your cry tonight, Let God arise, is a cry for Him to stand up, because His standing is their scattering.

Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him. As smoke is driven away, so drive them away: as wax melteth before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God. (Psalm 68:1-2)

Own It

Take the first verse and turn it into a cry, not a statement. Do not say it calmly. Say it like a man who has been surrounded and has just remembered who fights for him.

“Let God arise, and let every enemy of my life be scattered. Let all that hate me flee before Him.”

Then own the picture of their defeat:

“As smoke is driven away, so are my enemies driven away. As wax melts before the fire, so every wicked plan against me melts at the presence of God.”

And do not forget verse three, because it is for you:

“I am righteous by the blood of Jesus, and I will be glad. I will rejoice before God. I will exceedingly rejoice.”

Declare Out Loud

Let God arise over my life tonight, and let every enemy that has gathered against me be scattered. In Jesus name.

As smoke is driven away, so is every evil gathering against me driven away. As wax melts before fire, so every wicked plan against me melts.

Those who have gathered against me, my family, and my destiny, they gathered but not by God, and whoever gathers against me shall fall for my sake. In the name of Jesus Christ.

I am righteous by the blood, and I will rejoice. I will exceedingly rejoice, and the enemies of my joy will not succeed.

Pray This By Fire

1. O Lord, arise, and let those who have surrounded me with evil intent be scattered by fire. Scatter them by fire. Scatter them by fire. Scatter them by fire, in the name of Jesus.

2. Every wickedness gathered against my marriage, my job, my ministry, and my calling, be scattered at the presence of God tonight, in the name of Jesus.

3. Every evil gathering that says I will not be alive to see my breakthrough, I decree by Isaiah 54:15, you gathered but not by God, and you shall fall for my sake, in Jesus name.

4. Every meeting held in darkness concerning my life and my family, catch fire and scatter. Fire. Fire. Fire. Let confusion enter that gathering and let it break up in disgrace, in the name of Jesus Christ.

5. O God, arise and let the oppression against my life cease. Let every hand of wickedness lifted against me wither by fire, in the name of Jesus.

6. I come against every enemy of my joy, every enemy of my peace, every enemy of my progress, and every enemy of my testimony. You will not succeed, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

7. By the blood of Jesus I am righteous, and I will be glad. My joy will be full, my joy will be complete, and my joy will not be cut short, in the name of Jesus.

Your Prophetic Action Tonight

Stand to your feet. You do not pray a scattering prayer sitting down. Lift your voice and cry the words “O God arise” until something rises in your own spirit.

As you say it, picture every gathering against you breaking up like smoke in the wind.

Do not sit until you have the inner witness that the siege around you has been scattered.

DAY/NIGHT 3: PSALM 27

COMMAND YOUR LIGHT TO SHINE AND DECREE AGAINST FEAR AND EATERS OF FLESH

Fear is not a small thing.

Fear is a doorway.

The enemy uses fear the way a thief uses a key, because a frightened believer stops praying, stops declaring, and starts agreeing with the very thing he is afraid of.

That is why this psalm opens by dealing with fear before it deals with enemies.

The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear?

And notice who the enemies in this psalm are. They are not ordinary opponents.

The psalm calls them those who came to eat up my flesh.

These are eaters of flesh and drinkers of blood, powers that feed on destinies, that consume the health, the peace, and the progress of the children of God.

But look at what happens to them when the light shows up. They stumble and fall. They do not fight the light. They fall in its presence.

So this is a two-edged night. First you break the fear by declaring that God is your light and your guide, so you will never walk in darkness and never walk into a trap. Then, standing in that light, you decree that every eater of flesh and drinker of blood assigned to your life and your family stumbles and falls.

Light Is Not Only Comfort, It Is Guidance And Exposure

The Hebrew word for light here is owr, and it carries three things at once: illumination that removes darkness, guidance that shows the path, and exposure that uncovers what was hidden.

So when you declare the Lord is my light, you are declaring more than that you feel better. You are declaring that you will see the road clearly, that you will not stumble into the trap set in the dark, and that whatever the enemy hid in the shadows is now uncovered.

This is why fear and eaters of flesh appear in the same psalm.

Darkness is the working environment of both.

Fear thrives where you cannot see, and eaters of flesh do their consuming in the dark. Turn on the light and both lose their advantage.

That is why verse two says the moment the wicked came to eat up his flesh, they stumbled and fell. They were operating by darkness, and the light of God removed the ground from under their feet.

The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. (Psalm 27:1-2)

Own It

“The Lord is my light. The Lord is my salvation. The Lord is the strength of my life. Whom shall I fear? He is guiding me, so I will never walk in darkness and I will never walk into a trap. My steps are ordered by God, and I will not make the mistakes the enemy set for me.”

“When the wicked came against me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.

“Every eater of flesh and drinker of blood assigned to my life and my family, stumble and fall in the presence of my light.”

Say it until fear leaves and boldness rises.

Declare Out Loud

The Lord is my light and my salvation, so whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life, so of whom shall I be afraid? In Jesus name.

I am guided by God. I will not walk in darkness, I will not walk into a trap, and my steps are ordered by the Lord.

Every eater of flesh and drinker of blood assigned to my life, stumble and fall. In the name of Jesus.

Fear is not my portion, for God has given me light. I walk in boldness, and I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

Pray This By Fire

1. Every fear the enemy has used to paralyze my prayer life and my faith, I break your grip by fire. The Lord is my light, and I will not be afraid, in the name of Jesus.

2. Every eater of flesh assigned to consume my health, my strength, and my destiny, die by fire. Die by fire. Die by fire. Stumble and fall now, in the name of Jesus Christ.

3. Every drinker of blood feeding on the destinies of my family, be exposed and be disgraced, and fall by your own weight, in the name of Jesus.

4. Every trap the enemy set in the darkness for my feet, the light of God has exposed it, and I walk over it untouched, in the name of Jesus.

5. I will not walk in confusion. My path is ordered by the Lord, my decisions are guided by the Lord, and I will not make the mistake the enemy is waiting for, in the name of Jesus.

6. Every power that gathered to devour my flesh and my future, as it was written, they stumbled and fell. Stumble and fall tonight, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

7. I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. I will not die before my time, and I will not be consumed. I shall live to declare the works of God, in Jesus name.

Your Prophetic Action Tonight

Light your lamp or turn on a light in the room where you pray tonight, and let it be a sign to your own spirit. Stand in that light and say out loud three times, “The Lord is my light, whom shall I fear.”

Then, still standing, name every situation that has been frightening you and decree over each one:

“I am not afraid, because my God is my light.”

DAY/NIGHT 4: PSALM 64

PRAYER AGAINST HIDDEN ENEMIES AND SECRET WORDS

The hardest enemy to fight is the one you cannot see.

Psalm 64 is the psalm for hidden enemies, for the secret counsel of the wicked, for household wickedness, and for words that are shot at you in secret when you are not even in the room.

The psalmist describes them precisely: They wet their tongue like a sword. They bend their bows to shoot their arrows, even bitter words, that they may shoot in secret at the innocent.

Understand what that means. There are words being fired at your life that you never hear with your natural ear. Bitter words. Curses. Evil pronouncements made about you in rooms you have never entered, by people who smile at you in public.

And because you cannot hear them, you do not think to pray against them, and that is exactly why they work.

That is the reason some of you carry a heaviness you cannot explain, or feel a resistance around your progress that has no natural cause.

Something was fired at you in secret.

But there is good news in this psalm:

The God who sees in secret will turn their own arrows back on them.

The verse says God shall shoot at them with an arrow, and suddenly they are wounded. The hidden archer becomes the target.

The Arrows You Never Hear Are The Ones You Must Pray Against

This psalm says they shoot in secret. The Hebrew word for secret here is mistar, a hiding place, a concealment, the same root as things deliberately hidden from view.

These are not open confrontations. They are ambushes.

And the weapon is described exactly: they whet their tongue like a sword, and their arrow is bitter words.

In other words, the weapon is speech, and the delivery is concealment.

This is the mechanics of a curse. Words, released with intent, in secret, aimed at a target who never hears them.

And because you never hear them, you never think to cancel them, so they are allowed to do their quiet work for years.

But watch the turn in the psalm. God shall shoot at them with an arrow, suddenly they are wounded. The God who sees in secret does not merely block the arrow. He fires back, and the hidden archer is exposed and struck by the very thing he specialized in. Tonight you enforce that reversal.

Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity: who whet their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their arrows, even bitter words. (Psalm 64:2-3)

Own It

“O Lord, hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked. Hide me from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity. You are my hiding place, and no secret arrow can find me where You have hidden me.”

“I declare tonight that every arrow of bitter words shot at me in secret, God has seen it, and He shoots them back to the shooters. Suddenly they are wounded by their own weapon. Their tongue is fallen upon themselves.”

Pray it until you feel the covering of a God who sees what you cannot.

Declare Out Loud

God hides me from the secret counsel of the wicked, and no arrow shot in secret can find me. In Jesus name.

Every bitter word sharpened like a sword against me returns to the mouth that spoke it. In the name of Jesus.

Every hidden enemy and every household wickedness working against me in secret is exposed and disgraced tonight.

The God who sees in secret is my defender, and He shoots back at every archer aimed at my life. In the name of Jesus Christ.

Pray This By Fire

1. Every arrow of bitter words shot at me in secret by people I cannot see, be exposed and be destroyed before you land, in the name of Jesus.

2. Every secret counsel of the wicked gathered against my destiny, the God who sees in secret has uncovered you. Scatter by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.

3. Every household wickedness firing at me from within my own circle, be exposed, be disgraced, and die by fire. Die by fire. Die by fire, in the name of Jesus.

4. Every curse and every evil pronouncement made about me in rooms I have never entered, I nullify you by the blood of Jesus, and you shall not stand, in the name of Jesus.

5. Every arrow of bitter words already lodged in my body, my mind, or my emotions, come out now and go back to your sender, in the name of Jesus Christ.

6. As it is written, God shall shoot at them, and suddenly they are wounded. Let every secret archer aimed at my life be wounded by his own arrow tonight, in the name of Jesus.

7. Every unexplainable heaviness and every strange resistance around my progress, I trace you to your hidden source and I destroy you by fire, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Your Prophetic Action Tonight

Tonight you pray against what you cannot see, so pray with your eyes closed and your hand on your own chest. Say out loud, “Every arrow fired at me in secret, come out and go back to sender.”

Then take a deep breath and release it slowly as a sign of the heaviness leaving.

Ask the Holy Spirit to expose anything hidden, and thank Him that the God who sees in secret is fighting for you.

NIGHT 5: PSALM 140

PRAYER AGAINST THE VIOLENT MAN AND POISONOUS TONGUES

There are evil men and evil women.

If you live where I live, you do not need me to convince you of this, you have seen it.

This is the psalm David prayed for deliverance from the evil man and the violent man, and it is as relevant today as it was three thousand years ago.

But look closely at how the psalm describes their weapon, because it is not their fist. It is their tongue.

They have sharpened their tongues like a serpent, and the poison of asps is under their lips.

This psalm is about poisonous tongues.

There are tongues that can kill a vision.

There are people who speak to you and your faith dies. They speak to you and suddenly you feel like nobody. Their words carry poison, and the poison does its work long after the conversation is over.

So tonight, we are asking God for two things:

First, deliver me from the evil and violent man himself, keep his hand from overthrowing my steps.

Second, deliver me from the poison of his tongue, so that no word spoken against my vision, my faith, or my future is able to take root in me.

A Tongue Can Carry Poison The Way A Serpent Does

The psalm says the poison of asps is under their lips. The Hebrew word is chemah, which means venom, heat, burning rage.

It is the picture of a snake whose bite injects something that keeps working long after the fangs are gone.

That is precisely how a poisonous word operates.

Someone speaks a sentence over your vision, over your marriage, over your child, and the words themselves are gone in a moment, but the venom keeps circulating.

This is why some people can trace the death of a dream to a single conversation. A parent who said you will never amount to anything. A teacher who said you are not intelligent. A spouse who said you will always be a failure. The words were spoken once, but the poison was designed to keep working. Tonight you are not only asking God to deliver you from the evil man. You are asking Him to draw the venom out, to detoxify every poisonous word that was ever injected into your spirit, so that no old sentence continues to shape your future.

Deliver me, O LORD, from the evil man: preserve me from the violent man; which imagine mischiefs in their heart… They have sharpened their tongues like a serpent; adders’ poison is under their lips. (Psalm 140:1-3)

Own It

The wicked have purposed to overthrow my goings, but my steps are kept by God, and I shall not be moved.

No word spoken against my destiny will take root in me, for I am shielded by the Lord. In the name of Jesus Christ.

Pray This By Fire

1. O Lord my Father, deliver me from the evil man and preserve me from the violent man who imagines mischief against me in his heart, in the name of Jesus.

2. Every poisonous tongue that has been sharpened like a serpent against my life, catch fire and be silenced. Fire. Fire. Fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.

3. Every word spoken to kill my vision, every word spoken to kill my faith, every word spoken to kill my ideas, I reject its poison, and it will not enter me, in the name of Jesus.

4. Every plan of the violent man to overthrow my goings, to block my application, to block my progress, scatter by fire, in the name of Jesus.

5. Every curse released against me through the mouth of an evil man or woman, I nullify you by the blood of Jesus, and you return empty to your sender, in the name of Jesus Christ.

6. I will not be a victim of poisonous tongues. My children will not be victims of poisonous tongues. We are carriers of blessing, not carriers of curses, in the name of Jesus.

7. No curse will stand against me, no curse will walk against me, and no curse will succeed against me, for I am shielded by the Most High, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Your Prophetic Action Tonight

Before you pray, forgive anyone whose words have wounded you, because forgiveness closes the wound the poison entered through. Then declare out loud over yourself for 21 times:

“No poisonous word will take root in me,”

NIGHT 6: PSALM 121

PRAYER FOR HELP AND AGAINST EVERY POWER WITHHOLDING YOUR HELP

There is an attack that is not loud. It does not look like a war.

It looks like bad luck.

It is the withholding of your help. The helper who was interested suddenly loses interest. The support that was coming suddenly stops. The person who was going to open the door changes their mind at the last hour, and there is never any explanation. That is not coincidence. That is a coordinated withholding, and Psalm 121 is the answer to it.

Notice what David does in this psalm. He lifts his eyes to the hills and asks a question, from where does my help come?

And he answers it himself: “My help comes from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.”

He refuses to locate his help in men, in systems, or in circumstances. He locates it in God, and a help that comes from the Maker of heaven and earth cannot be blocked by any power under heaven.

And look at what David attaches to his help. Protection.

He that keeps Israel will not slumber.

The sun will not smite you by day, nor the moon by night.

David understood that the same enemy who withholds your help also tries to weary you while you wait for it, so this psalm secures both. Your help is released, and you are preserved while it comes.

Your Help Has A Source That No Power Can Block

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. (Psalm 121:1-3)

Own It

“I lift up my eyes to the hills. My help does not come from man. My help comes from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. And a help that comes from the Maker of heaven and earth cannot be withheld by any power.”

“He will not allow my foot to be moved. He that keeps me does not slumber and does not sleep. The sun will not smite me by day, nor the moon by night. I am kept while my help comes.”

Declare it until confidence replaces anxiety.

Declare Out Loud

My help does not come from man. My help comes from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. In Jesus name.

Every divine help appointed for my destiny, I receive it now, and no power will withhold it from me.

Nothing will steal my help. Nothing will withhold my help. In the name of Jesus.

He that keeps me will not slumber nor sleep, and I am preserved while my help comes to me. In the name of Jesus Christ.

Pray This By Fire

1. O Lord, You are my help. Every divine helper appointed for my destiny, be released to locate me now, in the name of Jesus.

2. Every power that has been withholding my help, my support, and my open doors, I break your hold by fire. Fire. Fire. Fire. You shall hold my help no longer, in the name of Jesus Christ.

3. Every evil altar and every household enemy assigned to cut off my help, be destroyed by the fire of God, and release what belongs to me, in the name of Jesus.

4. Every helper the enemy has turned against me or turned away from me, I command their heart to turn back to me by the mercy of God, in the name of Jesus.

5. I will not lose my help. The help appointed for that office, that immigration, that contract, and that breakthrough, I recover it now, in the name of Jesus Christ.

6. Every plan to weary me while I wait for my help, expire. He that keeps me does not slumber, and I am preserved and strengthened, in the name of Jesus.

7. Nothing will steal my help, and nothing will withhold my help, for my help comes from the Maker of heaven and earth, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Your Prophetic Action Tonight

Lift up your eyes tonight, literally. Stand, raise your head, look up, and say out loud:

“My help comes from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.”

Then name the specific help you have been waiting for, the door, the person, the approval, and command it to locate you. End by thanking God that He who keeps you neither slumbers nor sleeps, so you can rest while your help comes.

NIGHT 7: PSALM 127

SECURE YOUR HOME AND YOUR CHILDREN

There is a psalm that puts your whole house in your hands.

It is short. It is sharp. And it is one of the most powerful family prayers in all of Scripture.

Psalm 127 says two things you must hear tonight.

First, it says that unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain that build it. You can work day and night for your home and still watch it crack, if God is not the one building it. So tonight you hand the building back to God.

Second, it says your children are a heritage, a reward, arrows in the hand of a mighty man. That word matters. Your children are not liabilities. They are weapons in your hand, and a wise father does not leave his arrows lying in the enemy’s reach.

This is the psalm you pray when the attack has moved to your home, your marriage, and your children.

Maybe you have watched strange patterns in your family. Confusion in the home. Children who are gifted but scattered. A house that everyone is building but no one is enjoying. That is not your portion.

You may have prayed many psalms and never prayed this one over your children. Praying it does not mean you were failing before. It means you are adding a weapon to your arsenal that your family has needed all along.

If your home has been under pressure, put Home Deliverance in your hand alongside this night, and cleanse your house from every evil doorway.

Your Children Are Arrows, Not Targets

The word for children here points to what comes out of you, your seed, your fruit, the ones who carry your name forward.

And God calls them arrows.

An arrow is made to be shot forward, to fly far, to hit a mark the archer could never reach on foot. That is what your child is. Your reach, extended. Your name, sent into a generation you will not live to see.

But an arrow in the wrong hand is turned around and fired back.

That is what the enemy tries to do to a family. He tries to seize the arrows, to turn your own children into sorrow, to make the very seed that should carry your name become the thing that breaks your heart.

Tonight that stops. You take your arrows back. You pull every child out of the enemy’s hand, you put them back in the hand of the mighty God, and you aim them forward into their destiny.

Except the LORD build the house, they labor in vain that build it… Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. (Psalm 127:1, 3-4)

Own It

“The Lord is building my house, and my labor is not in vain. My home is established by God, and what God builds, no enemy can pull down.”

“My children are a heritage of the Lord. They are the fruit of my body and the reward of God over my life. They are arrows in my hand, and I aim them forward into their destiny, not backward into sorrow.”

Call your children by name as you pray. Do not pray a general prayer over a specific family. Name them, and cover each one.

Declare Out Loud

The Lord is building my house, and my labor is not in vain. In Jesus name.

My children are a heritage of the Lord, and the fruit of my body is His reward over my life.

My children are arrows in the hand of the mighty God, and they fly forward into their destiny. In the name of Jesus.

Every arrow the enemy shot into my home, catch fire and go back to the sender. My home is covered, my children are covered, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Pray This By Fire

1. Unless the Lord builds the house, the builder labors in vain. Lord, take over the building of my home tonight, and let every foundation the enemy laid in my house be uprooted by fire, in the name of Jesus.

2. Every evil pattern running through my family line, every curse repeating in my home, break by fire. Break. Break. Break. It ends in my generation, in the name of Jesus Christ.

3. My children are arrows in the hand of God. Every power that has seized my children, release them by fire. I take my arrows back, in the name of Jesus.

4. Every witchcraft assigned to scatter my children, to confuse their minds, to waste their gifts, die by fire. Die by fire. Die by fire, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

5. Every marine spirit, every water covenant, every evil dedication working against my sons and my daughters, I cancel you by the blood of Jesus, and I set my children free tonight, in the name of Jesus.

6. O Lord, build my marriage, build my home, and let the peace of God rule in my house. Every strife the enemy planted in my home, catch fire and burn to ashes, in the name of Jesus.

7. My house is established, my children are covered, and my home is a dwelling of peace. As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Your Prophetic Action Tonight

Write down the name of every person in your household, and beside each name write one word for what you are asking God to do for them this month.

Then lay your hand on that paper, call each name out loud, and declare over each one:

“You are an arrow in the hand of God, and you fly forward, in Jesus name.”

Keep that paper. It is your family altar for this month.
