THEY SENT WITCHCRAFT AGAINST ME;

THIS IS WHAT I DID

HOW TO PRAY AND DESTROY WITCHCRAFT ASSIGNMENTS

They sent witchcraft against me. I want to tell you exactly what I did, because what worked for me will work for you.

The Lord showed me the witchcraft assignment that was released against my life, and it was the assignment of death. They said I would never finish what I began. Years later I walked into my village and a man looked at me in shock and asked, are you people still existing? They never expected me to still be standing. But here I am, alive, still preaching, still building, still finishing what I started. That is the testimony of a man who learned how to destroy a witchcraft assignment.

This week, we are dealing with witchcraft.

And I want you to hold this in your heart before we begin: every assignment in Scripture met a superior authority and was broken. Not one of them had the final word. Neither will the one sent against you.

What Is A Witchcraft Assignment

A witchcraft assignment is not a general curse floating in the atmosphere. It is a deliberate demonic operation sent by a specific person or group against a specific target. It carries instructions. The spirit that is sent is told exactly what to accomplish, against whom, and often within what timeframe.

Understand these seven marks, because you cannot destroy what you cannot recognize:

• It is deliberate and targeted. It is sent by someone against someone, not an accident of life.
• It is directed with instructions. The spirit knows what it was sent to do and to whom.
• It is usually released because natural warfare already failed against you. The assignment is proof that ordinary opposition could not stop you.
• It operates through legal ground. A covenant, an agreement, an open door, or a point of access must exist for it to attach.
• It is personal and specific. It carries your name, your face, and your destiny.
• It requires a sender, a carrier, and a target. Someone releases it, something carries it, someone is meant to be hit.
• It can be reversed, broken, and even turned into a blessing when it meets the superior authority of the blood of Jesus.

Here is our key text for the whole teaching. Hear the language of an assignment straight from the mouth of the man who commissioned one:

Come now therefore, I pray thee, curse me this people; for they are too mighty for me: peradventure I shall prevail, that we may smite them, and that I may drive them out of the land: for I know that he whom thou blessest is blessed, and he whom thou cursest is cursed. (Numbers 22:6, KJV)

Four Witchcraft Assignments In The Bible And How They Were Broken

1. Balak Hired Balaam, The Witch Doctor, To Curse Israel

He sent messengers therefore unto Balaam the son of Beor, to Pethor, which is by the river of the land of the children of his people, to call him, saying, Behold, there is a people come out from Egypt: behold, they cover the face of the earth, and they abide over against me. Come now therefore, I pray thee, curse me this people; for they are too mighty for me. (Numbers 22:5-6, KJV)

Do not read over this too quickly, because the picture is far heavier than most believers realize, and you only see it when you go back into the old text. Balaam was not a man for hire with a bad temper. He was a professional diviner. He was a witch doctor, the very kind your grandmother warned you about.

The Bible names his trade with its own mouth. It calls him the soothsayer (Joshua 13:22). He worked by enchantments and divination (Numbers 24:1), and when Balak’s elders came for him, they came with the rewards of divination in their hand (Numbers 22:7). He built seven altars and killed bulls and rams on them (Numbers 23:1), staging a full occult ritual to bend the spirit world toward a curse. And Balak sent for him because his word was believed to be binding: he whom thou cursest is cursed.

This is what a witchcraft assignment really is. Balak could not defeat Israel with his army, so he went and hired the most powerful occultist in the region to place a binding curse on a whole nation. That is the same spirit at work when a person cannot beat you in the open, so they carry your name in secret to a native doctor, a herbalist, a marabout, a juju priest, and pay for your destruction. Somebody may be sitting before a witch doctor with your name and your photograph right now. Somebody may have paid money for your downfall. It does not matter.

And hear Balak’s real strategy, straight from his mouth: curse them, reduce their power, weaken them, so that we may smite them and drive them out. That is the assignment of weakening, and it is one of the assignments they sent against me. They said I would grow weak, stop halfway, and never finish what I began.

But hear the verdict of heaven. Despite the assignment being fully commissioned and fully paid for, God turned every attempted curse into a blessing.

What they hired to weaken you, God will use to promote you.

DECLARE…

1.  Every hired curse and every commissioned assignment against my life, I scatter you by fire. Scatter by fire. Scatter by fire. It shall not stand, neither shall it come to pass, in the name of Jesus.

2.  Balak said, curse them and weaken them, but I am not weak. Every witchcraft assignment designed to weaken my faith, my influence, my resolve, and my prayer life, catch fire now. Holy Ghost fire. Holy Ghost fire. Holy Ghost fire.

3.  Back to sender. Back to sender. Back to sender. Every arrow of disappointment fired at the edge of my breakthrough, and every failure programmed at the edge of my success, return to where you came from, in the name of Jesus.

4.  They said I would never finish what I began. Today I break the assignment of abandonment over my life. Every project I begin, I will finish it, for He who began a good work in me will bring it to perfection, in the name of Jesus.

Now say this out loud, and do not whisper it:

“I am more than a conqueror through Christ who strengthens me. I am not weak. I cannot be defeated.”

2. Jezebel, The Witchcraft Queen, Sent An Assignment Of Death Against Naboth

So she wrote letters in Ahab’s name, and sealed them with his seal, and sent the letters unto the elders and to the nobles that were in his city, dwelling with Naboth. And she wrote in the letters, saying, Proclaim a fast, and set Naboth on high among the people: And set two men, sons of Belial, before him, to bear witness against him, saying, Thou didst blaspheme God and the king. And then carry him out, and stone him, that he may die. (1 Kings 21:8-10, KJV)

Again, go back into the old text. We reduce Jezebel to a wicked woman, but the Bible files her under witchcraft by name. When Jehu confronted her son, this is how he spoke:

And it came to pass, when Joram saw Jehu, that he said, Is it peace, Jehu? And he answered, What peace, so long as the whoredoms of thy mother Jezebel and her witchcrafts are so many? (2 Kings 9:22, KJV)

Heaven itself labeled her operations witchcraft. She was the priestess queen of Baal. She fed four hundred and fifty prophets of Baal and four hundred prophets of the groves at her own table (1 Kings 18:19), and she cut off the prophets of the Lord (1 Kings 18:4). This was a woman running a national occult system from inside the palace.

So when she moved against Naboth, she used the full machinery of that system. She forged the king’s signature and sealed it with his seal. She proclaimed a fast for religious cover. She raised two sons of Belial as false witnesses. Then she had Naboth carried out and stoned to seize his inheritance. It was the assignment of death, the assignment of lies, and the assignment of robbery, all in one letter, and it wore the robe of law and religion the entire time.

This is the assignment that does not look like witchcraft. It comes through documents, through false accusations, through official channels, through people who fast and pray in public while they plot your ruin in private. They will use religion to cover it and the law to enforce it. But God saw it, and God later pronounced judgment on both Ahab and Jezebel for the assignment they orchestrated.

There is so much lies being spoken about some of you right now, exactly as it was spoken against Naboth.

But Naboth did not know how to pray like David, who said, fight against those that fight against me. You are not Naboth. You know how to pray.

So pray:

1.  Every witchcraft assignment of death in my life, Holy Ghost fire. Holy Ghost fire. Holy Ghost fire. The assignment of death, it shall not stand.

2.  Not my head, not my blood. Every assignment of accident, every assignment of bloodshed, and every assignment of untimely death, scatter by fire. Scatter by fire. Scatter by fire.

3.  By the blood of Jesus I quench every assignment of suicide and every assignment of depression sent against me and my children. My children will live, they will not die, in the name of Jesus.

4.  Like the lies Jezebel wrote against Naboth, every false witness and every lie manufactured to destroy my name, be exposed and be silenced today, in the name of Jesus.

5.  Every assignment of robbery sent to seize my inheritance and steal what belongs to me, I command a full reversal. Back to sender. Back to sender. Back to sender.

Now declare life over yourself and your family, and keep declaring it until faith rises:

“I shall live and I shall not die. I will declare the goodness of God in the land of the living, all the days of my life. My spouse shall live and not die. My children shall live and not die.”

3. The Python Spirit Followed Paul With Hurtful Words

And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying: The same followed Paul and us, and cried, saying, These men are the servants of the most high God, which shew unto us the way of salvation. But Paul, being grieved, turned and said to the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. And he came out the same hour. (Acts 16:16-18, KJV)

Your King James says a spirit of divination, but the Greek is far sharper. It says pneuma pythona, a python spirit. It is named after the Python, the serpent that guarded the oracle at Delphi, where a priestess gave demon-inspired predictions. This is the spirit behind occult prophecy, fortune-telling, and false prediction.

And understand how a python fights, because the Holy Spirit named this spirit on purpose. A python does not bite you. It wraps around you. It squeezes. It waits for you to breathe out, and then it tightens, until it has pressed the very breath and life out of you.

That is exactly how this spirit came against Paul. Not one frontal blow, but constant, wrapping, wearing-down words, day after day, until the Bible says Paul was grieved, worn down in his spirit. The python assignment squeezes the breath, the prayer, and the hope out of you slowly.

Notice two more things. It brought her masters much gain, so it was monetized witchcraft, soothsaying for money.

And it spoke the truth, these men are the servants of the most high God, because the python will flatter you and speak accurate words to gain access, and then it constricts. Some of you are being wrapped right now by manipulative, hurtful, faith-draining words. You do not reason with a python. You break its grip.

This is also the spirit behind bullying.

I read the story of a boy of ten who took his own life because he was bullied about his teeth, mocked and talked down to until the spirit told him to end it.

If your child is being bullied, you may report it to the authorities and you may take legal action, but you must also stand in spiritual authority and say enough is enough.

Paul did not negotiate with the spirit. He commanded it out, and it obeyed the same hour.

So command:

1.  Every witchcraft assignment projected to fill my life and my family with hurtful words and irritating conversations, I reject you now, in the name of Jesus.

2.  The way Paul turned and commanded the spirit out, I command every spirit assigned to speak death over my hope, my faith, and my destiny to come out and go, in the name of Jesus Christ.

3.  Enough is enough. I stand in authority over the assignment of bullying in my family. My children and my grandchildren will not be bullied, in the name of Jesus.

4.  Every word curse and every evil pronouncement released against me, it shall not stand, neither shall it come to pass, in the name of Jesus.

“Enough is enough. My children and my grandchildren will not be bullied. They are covered by the blood of Jesus.”

4. Simon The Sorcerer Captured A Whole City And Diverted Them From God

But there was a certain man, called Simon, which beforetime in the same city used sorcery, and bewitched the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some great one: To whom they all gave heed, from the least to the greatest, saying, This man is the great power of God. And to him they had regard, because that of long time he had bewitched them with sorceries. (Acts 8:9-11, KJV)

One more time, the old text sharpens the picture. The word translated used sorcery is mageuo, to practice magic, the root behind our word magician. The word translated bewitched is a strong Greek word that means he astonished them, he put them out of their senses, he held their minds captive. Simon was a practicing occultist, and he had a whole city under a spell.

And notice his real agenda. He gave out that himself was some great one, and the people said, this man is the great power of God. He exalted himself, counterfeited the power of God, and pulled the worship and loyalty of a whole region onto his own name over a long period of time. Later he even tried to buy the power of the Holy Spirit with money (Acts 8:18-19), which is why his name became a byword for corrupting the things of God.

This is the assignment of diversion. It lifts up a false power to pull attention and affection away from the true God, and it comes hardest against our children, working gradually to draw their minds, their worship, and their loyalty away from God.

1.  Every witchcraft assignment sent to divert my mind and my attention away from God, Holy Ghost fire. Holy Ghost fire. Holy Ghost fire.

2.  I cancel every evil assignment designed to divert the minds of my children and my grandchildren away from God, in the name of Jesus.

3.  I decree over my children: their minds will not be diverted away from God. They will serve the Lord, and they will become who God created them to be, in the name of Jesus.

Write the names of your children in the comments below. We are praying for every child by name, that their minds will not be diverted away from God.

The Assignments That Come Against Your Body

There is a class of assignment that goes straight for your flesh and your blood. David called them by name.

When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. (Psalm 27:2, KJV)

Eaters of flesh and drinkers of blood. Wasters of flesh and wasters of blood. A friend of mine was shot in a dream, and when he woke his stomach began to swell and would not stop for anything, no medication touched it, until they began to pray and anoint, and after several weeks it went down. That was an assignment to waste his flesh.

So we do not treat this lightly. We fire on it:

1.  Eaters of flesh and drinkers of blood assigned against me, hear me tonight: my flesh will not be eaten, and my flesh will not be wasted, in the name of Jesus.

2.  Every arrow of witchcraft projected to waste my flesh, my blood, and my body, go back to sender. Back to sender. Back to sender.

3.  Every wound inflicted in a dream and every assignment that entered through the night, I reverse you by the blood of Jesus. It shall not stand, neither shall it come to pass.

“My flesh will not be wasted, and the flesh of my children will not be wasted.”

This Is What I Did: How To Destroy A Witchcraft Assignments

A witchcraft assignment does not stop by begging. It does not leave by crying. It does not leave by complaining. The only language it understands is Holy Ghost fire.

God Himself said it:

And I will cut off witchcrafts out of thine hand; and thou shalt have no more soothsayers. (Micah 5:12, KJV)

So this is what I did, and this is what you will do.

Take your authority. Every assignment has a sender, a carrier, and a target. You are not the helpless target. You are the child of God confronting the whole operation with the superior authority of the blood of Jesus.

Expose it. Drag the sender, the carrier, and the operation out of the darkness. Every human agent and every spiritual agent with a mission against your life, command that they be exposed and their operations destroyed.

Pray fire, not feelings. Do not reason with it. Do not plead with it. Open your mouth and release Holy Ghost fire until something breaks.

Return the arrow. Whatever they fired, send it back. Back to sender. The pit they dug, let them fall into it.

Declare life. Answer every assignment of death with the word of God: I shall live and I shall not die.

Seal it with completion. End where God ends, on Philippians 1:6, that He who began a good work in you will bring it to perfection. The assignment said you would not finish. God says you will.

Declare This Over Your Life Now

“I shall live and I shall not die. I will declare the goodness of God in the land of the living.”

“I am more than a conqueror through Christ who strengthens me. I am not weak. I cannot be defeated.”

“Nothing can stop me. Nothing can stop my children. Nothing can stop my destiny.”

“Every project I begin, I will finish. He who began a good work in me will bring it to perfection.”

“It shall not stand, neither shall it come to pass, in the name of Jesus Christ.”

Prophetic Action

Take a bottle of anointing oil. Lay one hand on your head and one hand on your chest and declare out loud, not my head, not my blood, every arrow returns to sender.

Then take a clean sheet of paper and write down the assignments you are breaking tonight, death, lies, robbery, bullying, diversion, weakness, and abandonment, and over each one write, it shall not stand. Place that paper inside your Bible at Numbers 22, where the hired curse became a blessing. If you have children, write their names before the Lord and cover each one by name with the blood of Jesus.
